What’s your role as an event planner?

We hold many roles as your event planner. As professionals, were here to help you stay on track and get organized, as well as provide the creativity and originality it takes to create one fabulous party. We will refer to you reputable vendors, assist with budget management, provide etiquette advice and even negotiate on your behalf. It’s up to you to decide how much you would like to get us involved in designing, organizing and orchestrating your event.

How much does an event planner cost?

At Enprie Event Designers, we believe that there’s life to live after a celebration. Therefore, we will work with you to ensure that you are within your budget. Rates may vary depending upon your needs. Enprie Event Designers offer flexible prices, including by the hour or package deals. Flexible payment schedules are also available.

We offer an initial meeting to provide you information about our services. Enprie Event Designers believe that celebrations must be passion driven. My venue offers an on-site coordinator for the day of the event. Do I still need an event planner?

Enprie Event Designers works exclusively for you; whereas, a venue coordinator works for the venue. A venue coordinator’s priorities are managing the venue staff, where as our job is to simply take care of you.

How do you select your vendors?

We hold each of our vendors to the highest standards of professionalism. Enprie Event Designers is connected with vendors across many styles and budgets. Before we work with new vendors, we assess their work, reputation, references, originality, and ability to deliver.

Do I have to go through your vendors if I hire you as my planner?

You do not have to do anything you do not want to do. Our vendor network is an available bonus to you. Of course, you are always welcome to hire your own.
